XPANDIA INTERNATIONAL will work with you for a contracted period, setting up your distribution network, manage it to an agreed level, then exit to allow you to manage it, and we will even help you to find the right manager. We will agree transitional plans, or continue to support markets where you believe you are not reaching your full potential.

XPANDIA INTERNATIONAL will also provide updates on developments in the Middle East & Africa Markets. This may result in a modification of your distribution network and products, including adding and/or replacing distribution partners.

COSTS

The cost for this service is a combination of fixed fees and commissions based on sales generated by the selected distributors. Once your distributors have been selected, a customized proposal for this service based on your specific needs can be presented upon request.
